Our Utility Relief Assistant provides information, advocacy, advice and referral based on your level of utility debt.
The volunteer will work with your service provider to explore and ensure you are on the most appropriate plan, receiving the necessary discounts if applicable, are able to provide payment plans, review and renew your plans, access the Utility Relief Grant Scheme for eligible service users, assist with Power Saving Bonus applications and any other relevant information regarding your utility bills.
